3/4cupsoy milkAdd soy milk until liquid comes 3/4 of the way to the top of the fruit. Approximately 3/4 cup.
Instructions
Operate the blender according to manufacturer directions. If using a Vitamix, turn the blender on, slowly increase the speed to the highest speed setting, and blend while using the tamper to move ingredients down to the blades. Blend for about 45 seconds or until the entire mixture is a smooth and uniform texture.
Serve immediately in glasses or bowls. Using a spoon is recommended!
