Hello! I’m glad you’re here. My name is Candi, and I am the author of Good Food Vegan. You are welcome whether or not you are vegan, and whether or not you like to cook. I started Good Food Vegan to share recipes and meal planning ideas with anyone who may be interested in finding something new to eat.
Maybe you are looking for something different because you are bored and want to cook something interesting. Perhaps you have recently become vegan and are unsure how to make food that tastes good. Maybe you are busy and just want to make something healthy that is quick and easy so you don’t have to spend too much time in the kitchen. You may have food allergies, and are looking for recipes that will meet your dietary needs. Maybe you are not vegan, but are trying to find an easy recipe you can make for a vegan friend (if that is you, thank you! Vegans really appreciate thoughtful friends like you.).

At Good Food Vegan, you will find a variety of meal and menu ideas to inspire you if you aren’t sure what to eat. The meal planning and vegan recipe ideas are designed to satisfy a variety of tastes and preferences. Everything is vegan, including some veggie meat options made from scratch or with low-cost ingredients (most of the recipes do not have pre-made components).
Whether you are making vegan meals for one or two people, cooking for picky eaters, making familiar dishes healthier, cooking for kids, making a potluck dish, or making delicious vegan food for non-vegans, you will find ideas here that will satisfy vegans and non-vegans of all ages.
